Welcome to the Southern California Governmental Chapter of the APA!
The Southern California Governmental Chapter (SCGC) of the American Payroll Association was founded in May 2008, with a mission to provide public and private sector payroll professionals the tools necessary to keep up to date on payroll, benefits, human resources, and accounts payable topics.
We have been working diligently over the past year to bring our members and their associates the most current information in payroll, legislation, taxation, accounts payable and much more.
Membership to our chapter is not limited to public sector professionals. Everyone is welcome to join SCGC or attend an educational meeting.
We meet each month on the 3rd Thursday at 6PM in Riverside, California.
